At Google TechTalk

After 2 days of being offline, and 4 days of thinking what am I going to post about Google TechTalk, I finally figured out what to write about the said event. Oh well, so much for these nonsensical chitchats. 3:00 PM, I went to Greenbelt, sent an SMS to Ate Aileen, bragging to her that I was early, and asking for directions of how to get to ACCEED. She then asked me to buy a Straw na Pantali at National Bookstore. At first, I really don’t know what’s that straw na pantali thing, I replied asking for a description of that mentioned stuff. Later, I found out that it was a tie box. After I bought the pantali, I rushed to ACCEED, pretending that I know its whereabouts until I end up as a wanderer, looking for a place that I really can’t locate where it is. My sensory motor ebbed to zero, until Ate Aileen gave me a ring, and told me that ACCEED is AIM Conference Center. I wonder where did the “D” come from, or what is its definition. I asked the guard outside AIM Conference Center about Google TechTalk, then he told me to take the elevator and go to the 8th floor. 🙂 *ting-ting*

*On the 8th floor of AIM building*… I saw Ate Aileen, with Sweetie (oops.. with her Sweetie I mean… of TitikPilipino.com). I also met the Google Engineers from Mountain View, California, and the famous Markku of RebelPixel.com and Dax of Force Analytics, setting up the Cliquebooth. After a few seconds of rehydration, ate Aileen asked me to stick the schwag coupons randomly under the chairs of the event guests, there are 200 chairs, but only 60 coupons. The lucky ones who can take a seat on one of these 60 golden chairs with schwag coupons can take home a Google Developer Day T-shirt! After the first task, AJ Matela of Baklaako.com arrived, and ate Aileen’s friends: Anne, Chel, and Cel. Ate Aileen gave us instructions of what to do during the main event.

I can’t think na… Waaaaaa! Let’s end the event na :). After the event… We went home, and slept. Hehehe… During the main event pala, we ate Lasagna, Beef Steak, Pork Chop, Lechon Baboy, Giant Prawns, Giant Lobsters, Fried Chicken, Pork Barbecue, and so much more! (hehehe) and dito muna, wala na me maisip na ma post 🙂 Nagamit ko din pala ang mahiwaga kong Calling card na galing pang Malaysia na pasalubong sa akin ni Batang Yagit, nakipag exchange ako kay Juned, JayDJ, and Markku. At… wala na akong ma kwento 🙂 Here are some pics during the Google Developers Night, courtesy of Cliquebooth.com:

Did I look younger in the pics?

P.S.: Sorry for the grammatical errors above, talagang ma error ako mag sulat. My english grammar I.Q. is below zero. Please leave a comment to help the Slow Learner improve his english skills.. heehee Thanks!
