Paypal Philippines Bank Code List (Updated and Complete)

If you’re here looking for the list of Bank Codes for withdrawing Paypal funds from your Philippine Bank Accounts, you’ve come to the right place! Because I have the list of Bank Codes in this post, just scroll down below. You can also check Pinoy Money Talk’s post regarding the Philippine Bank Codes for withdrawing Paypal funds.

Here’s the screenshot of the “Add a Bank Account Page” inside your Paypal Account.
After adding your bank account, you can proceed to the Withdraw page and enter the amount that you wish to withdraw. Wait for 5 to 7 days, and charan!!! yun na! (Hmmm.. how much should I withdraw?)

hindi padin ako makapag withraw kasi kailangan naka verfify., eh hindi ko maverify using my EON since wala pang laman., i called unionbank’s hotline, walang sumasagot., huhuhu.,

hello again! I already put my bank account with the code (RCBC) properly there (siguradong kumpleto na yung bank account ko at code) . After I added it na, tas pumunta ako sa “withdraw funds” then nakita ko ung amount ko… I saw “US$0.00″ bakit ganun? please let me know what you think.

ei mall gtg na talaga..if may tanong ka pa txt me nalang.. nag rereply naman me agad.. pag may load.. wahehehe…
basta pag mag widraw ka sa paypal.. dapat bank funds ang laman para maka widraw u.. dapat din verified ang paypal mo with Credit or Debit Card…
as of now, EON pa lang ang accepted na debit card na alam ko.. sa credit card marami.. bago ka maka widraw sa bank account dapat verified paypal user ka na..
yun lang ang naisip ko na reason bat di ka maka widraw..
it’s either credit card funds ang gusto mong e widraw or hindi pa u verified via CC…

Hi! Nakapag-apply ako ng EON kanina pero may nabasa akong blog na EON svcks daw dahil sa sinasabing 11 days na clearing period.. totoo po ba ‘to? Ano’ng gamit nyo to withdraw funds from PayPal kung hindi EON?
Bagong-bago pa lang po ako sa PayPal.. gusto kung malaman kung necessary bang mag-upgrade to premier kung kakaunti lang ang anticipated transactions mo per month at magkano ang cost of upgrade? Magkano ang charge ng PayPal premier for every transaction?
I would appreciate any info on how to transact effectively using PayPal. Yong pinakamatipid na way. Thank you.

@leah – the best choice parin ang EON kasi 2 days lang na wiwidraw mo na agad ang pera from paypal.. unlike other banks.. i have tried it.. mas mabilis pa sya kesa sa BPI.. :D
about upgrading sa premiere, it’s not necessary… pero kung puro credit card payments ang tatanggapin mo.. u should upgrade to premiere…

the cheapest way was widrawing more than 7,000 pesos thru ur bank account/EON.. kasi libre

Hi. I need some help here. I am new to paypal. I just wdraw from my paypal to bank account using my eon. according to paypal, it is already completed. it only took 1 day at naging completed agad. but it didn’t reflect yet on my eon unionbank acount. does this usually happen? will it take more days to reflect my transaction on my bank account?

pls help me mag 3 weeks na ung remitance ko sa paypal to my bank account wala padin sa bank ko rcbc ako…kinausap ko manager ng rcbc hindi nila ma track d din nila alam ang paypal sabi nila marami din daw bank na dadaanan na international bank bago makarating sa kanila..grabe ilang beses na ko paulit ulit sa paypal team mga wala ding alam,,sinunod ko na lahat ng procedure nila nailagay ko info ng bank accounnt ko including the bank code ng rcbc na 010280014 sabi ng rcbc gma branch wala daw silang ma track na info…sa paypal acocunt ko nakasulat transaction completed nag email pa sila na sabi eh ok na daw at makukuha ko na sa bank account ko pero wala until now..hindi ako credit crad holder so sa bank account ako tatanggap paulit uilit nalang nilang sinasabi na click withdrew etc pero nagawa ko na yon ilang beses na iba ibang info sinasbi nila eh pls help

hagard nako pabalik balik sa atm machine online and evetyhing wala silang magawa kung pwede ko lang ipaoepn sa kanila ung mismong registration ko sa paypal eh gagawin ko kaso baka ma scam pa nila..hindi ko alam kung pilipino ba email support nila o indians,,,my god hindi makaintindi ng email tapos pag dating sa bangko sa rcbc gma cavite wla din silang alam

@sarah – you need a verified account para ma widraw yung paypal funds mo.. kung wala kang CC, apply ka for an EON account para ma verify
pero if u nid the money badly, pa widraw mo sa mga ka kilala mong may paypal account na verified.. or thru me.. pwede mo naman forward sa email ko.. hehehe.. pero don’t trust anyone,.. but you can trust me ;) that’s for sure. Here’s my number 09105555515

questio: the first time used the Eon card for my paypal withdrawal, ok naman sya. in fact, nakuha ko na yung amount….,
but the secod time, palaging binabalik saken yung amount and yes, meron na syang kaltas.
the question is, should i fill up another form for my “bank account in the philippines” or should i click the “withdraw amount to your card” icon?
paypal had already charged me 2k for wrong transactions…, i need help man!!

Hmm… this has nothing to do with bank codes pero dito ko na iiwan question ko….
I have already verified my paypal acct by adding a card. Mastercard yun. Pero nung nag-attemp ako mag-widthraw ng funds to my card, nag-aask pa sila ng card na may Visa logo. Ganun talaga yun? Kelangan may card din ako na Visa?

hi! it’s me again! May problema ako… I got RCBC Visa credit card for becoming verified sa paypal account ko. Problema ko, bakit 2-digit Paypal code lang (hindi 4 digit that’s what I saw my card statement). I paid two times for getting paypal code… Pero ganun pa rin ung 2 digit Paypal code. Tapos ayun, sabi ng Paypal “this card has been disabled…” Ang gulo!
Anong gagawin ko po? Frustrated po ako, hehehehe! Help me naman po!

I think ang prob is with RCBC. Try to get an EON account sa UnionBank, HSBC Visa, CitiBank Visa, or BPI MasterCard. May mga credit cards kasi na di pwede sa Paypal, and I think yung RCBC di pwede. Hehehe…

@Mall – yep EON Card, BPI at HSBC Credit Card gamit ko.. yun ang easiest way para ma activate ang Paypal mo if wala ka credit card.. :D
pero pag malayo EON apply ka nalang for BPI MasterCard.. mag bibigay pa yan ng tamang Code :D hehehehe

tanong ko lng kung panu magpurchase sa ebay using paypal. wala ako credit card pero may bank account ako n ini-add sa Paypal. sa US pa galing ung item n ipupurhcase ko eh.

@wing – sa mga Merchant lang na nag a accept ng Paypal pwede..
Login ka lang sa paypal account mo then press “SEND MONEY” lagay mo details ng tatanggap ng pera, specially yung Paypal E-mail.
May choices din doon kung para san yung e sesend mo na pera, tick mo lang yung eBay item. Tapos… press “SEND”
Usually naman may “BUY NOW WITH PAYPAL” or “PAY WITH PAYPAL” button ang mga merchant na nag a accept ng Paypal payment, so pag press mo nun, login ka lang sa Paypal mo to verify, tapos send payment, tapos ok na yun
May confirmation e-mail na na darating sayo na na send na bayad mo sa merchant ;)

You can thru EON.. Pag inadd mo ang EON as Debit Card, tapos ginawa mo siyang main card mo sa Paypal, auto debit sa EON kung mag sesend ka ng funds thru paypal. Like kung may ebay merchant na gusto nya thru paypal ang payment, EON gamitin mo if you don’t want CC. That’s the only way dito sa pinas. Sa states, pwede kasi bank deposit to paypal, dito wala pa ;)

hi po..bago pa lng po ako sa paggamit ng paypal. nag apply na po ako sa union bank for eon card but sad to say 1 month na wla pa ring napapdalang eon card sa branch na inaplayan ko. meron p ba ibang way para mawithdraw ko ang salary ko aside from using eon card?

if you have Credit Cards, you can withdraw your funds thru CC. Pero if wala ka na talagang choice, I can refer you to someone to withdraw your Paypal funds with a fee. You can also withdraw it sa mga friends mong may verified Paypal account. You can also withdraw it through me if you want. hehe ;)
NOTE: Yung EON dapat e pick up mo, hindi yun e dedeliver. And note, if you add EON as Bank Account, hindi mo parin pwede e widraw yung funds, unless your paypal account is verified. ;)
Add your EON as debit card if you don’t have credit cards to verify your Paypal account. hehe

Ang pagkaka alam ko po, ONLY unionbank eon debit card can be used to verify your PayPal acct.
Pero pag credit card, pwede ang MasterCard or Visa card, almost any issuing bank.

Naguguluhan po aku…Lumalabas mga around P500 din ang kaltas paypal? ($6.20 yung charged fee nila sa akin for recieving the money, that is around P285) Kasi kung Card withdrawal (included po jan yung ATM cards, tama?), P200 ang bawas plus magchacharge pa yung banks dito sa pinas pagwithdraw mo (That is $6.20=P285(RECEIVING FEE)+200 (WITHDRAWAL),+additional charge pa ng bank na pagwiwithdraw-han mo)…Ganun po ba kalaki talga ang kaltas?????So pagdating ng $100 sa palad mo-more or less nasa $85.00 na lang?

I have found another way to encash your paypal money…Just register to xoom.com and you can get the money in any of these 3: BPI, SM Forex or BDO. You just need to have 2 valid IDs. Transaction fee starts from $3.50 for $25, $5.50 for $25.00…You can send money here in the Philippines using your Paypal money! Wala na hassle sa pag aapply ng EON or any other credit cards. It’s that easy!!!! Within the same day pindala sa yo makukuha mo din yung money =) Wala na din additional payment kapag kukunin mo na yung money unlike if wiwithdraw mo pa sa bank mo….May additional charges pa. Iyung pong 16-digit is used for verification purposes.
Para maka tipid sa withdrawal charges, add a bank account, using the 12-digit account number that starts with 109xxxxxxxx

ANSWER: Sa US lang pwede from bank account. Philippine banks hindi pwede. Ang pwede lang sa pinas charge to credit card or charge to your EON Debit Card.
The best thing to do is deposit a certain amount in your Debit Card, then yun na gamitin mo sa Paypal.
Ganun lang, parang bank account mo na din yung Debit Card mo.

Thanks for asking. Yun sa likod po yung gagamitin mo para e add sa Paypal. Lahat kasi ng bagong BPI Express Teller cards now nasa likod yung account number, gibberish yung sa front. Walang kwenta, for me. Pero baka may kwenta sa BPI.
I think yung sa front is your card number and nothing more. You can’t use it kahit saan. Hehe

Pwede mo e enroll yung land bank account mo sa Paypal, pero in order to validate your Paypal account, dapat may debit card ka. EON/Smart Money/BDO Debit I think and pwedeng mag validate. Pero EON Debit pa lang na tatry ko. Pero may valid Debit Card number naman ang Smart Money and BDO Debit kaya I think pwede na rin

I’ve linked my paypal account to my local HSBC Savings Bank account but I haven’t withdrawn any money yet for fear that I might have overlooked something. I wrote the HSBC 9-digit bank code for my bank information. I’m now thinking whether it is right to use the HSBC bank code for an “HSBC Savings Bank” account. The girl at the bank says it (funds) will move from the mother bank (HSBC) to my bank (HSBC Savings). Have you had any related experience on this?

Hmmm.. i haven’t tried it yet, but if you correctly entered the Bank Code, 99% it will work.

Ping, can you help me? Jehzlau told me that you are the best one who can answer this question.
I have BPI account and I would like to integrate it with my Paypal account. I learned that it can be possible? The question is how? Paypal has to verify you by entering your VISA/Mastercard info which I don’t have before you can withdraw money. What is EON or Virtual CC means?

You can easily add your BPI account in your Paypal account. Just login to Paypal.com, click Profile, then click Add Bank Account.
Then, enter these details:
Bank Name: BANK OF PHIL ISLANDS
Bank Code: 010040018
Account Number: XXXX-XXXX-XX
Re-enter Account Number: XXXX-XXXX-XX
Your 10-digit BPI Account Number is found at the back of your ATM card.
Your only problem is that you need to verify your Paypal account in order to withdraw funds from Paypal to your Bank Account.
However, the problem is, you cannot use your BPI ATM Card to verify your Paypal account.
You need either an EON account or a Virtual CC
Virtual CC stands for Virtual Credit Card
EON is the Debit Card of UnionBank
Regarding VCCs, just ask Ping, because he knows some reliable sources of working Virtual Credit Cards (for a certain fee)

Yep it works. BPI din me. May 250 charge nga lang pag mag widraw ka sa BPI, pero ok naman sya. Mga 3 to 4 days andyan na ang pera mo from Paypal.

paypal told me that they already sent 2 small amounts from my bank account.the problem is, after checking my account, there is no transaction of depositing 2 small amounts. what is the problem?i can’t confirm it because of the 2 small amounts that i will enter.

we have the same problem, it says walang transaction record sa bank aaccount ko of two small deposits, pero sa paypal sabi deposits sent… i’ve used the BPI bank code ending with ****21 for that… I habe BPI family anyways… i called BPI to inquire about what bank code to use since the deposits did not reflect to my account…. even the representive is confused… but they were able to explain that they only have one bank code for paypal and that is the one ending with ****18 regardless if you have bpi or bpi family, the one ending with ****21 is said to be used for remittances… i tried to use the ****18 but until then no response with paypal… now i have to do it all over again…remove my bank from paypal and apply again…hopefully this time it works… i’ll let you know guys…

Naka prob na yung first withdrawal mo kasi mali yung bank code. BPI’s bank code should be 010040018. Baka napunta na somewhere yung pera at na hold ng Paypal kaya natagalan. Sa akin normally dumarating 2 to 3 days nasa bank account ko na agad. :D
Ok na ba withdrawal mo? After re-adding yung BPI with bank code 010040018 ?

I’m adding my bank account because I would want to withdraw via BPI once I received the payment through PayPal tama ba?
Also, I have another update. I’ve talked to BPI office in our place last week and they told me that they do not accept PayPal anymore. What they accept now is thru Xoom. I don’t know if this could be the same as those using BPI today.

Hehehehe.. Hindi nya ata na intindihan ang tanong mo. Withdrawal to Paypal ay palaging pwede. Kaka withdraw ko lang kanina at last week.
Basta pag add mo ng BPI mo tama yung Bank Code, makaka withdraw ka. Mag a appear sya sa account mo as SIMS PAYROLL. Yun yung makikita mo. Wag ka na mag tanong sa BPI, kasi halos lahat ng Customer Support Reps nila walang alam tungkol sa Paypal withdrawal to Bank.

Hi people,
Actually I added my BPI account if I remember that was last month but I haven’t verified if the 2 deposit amounts from Paypal have arrived since ang busy ko that time then I have received a message from PayPal saying that they have declined the transaction.
Is this really normal? I checked on my bank account and good thing walang nabawas sa savings ko (I thought may penalty kasi or something) but the problem is, hindi ko na alam kung paano ko pa maa-add bank account ko for the second time.
Impossible na ba mag-add ulet ng same bank account?

Hindi pwede mag add ulit ng same bank account. Saan mo pala gagamitin ang Bank Account mo? Kasi for Phils, for withdrawal lang ang bank accounts.
Kung gusto mo lagyan ng funds, dapat thru Credit Card. ^_^

That code is for BPI lang po, hindi pwede BPI Family, BPI Direct, at ibang BPI Subsidiaries. Open ka nalang po ng BPI na bank account. Dapat din verified ang Paypal mo to withdraw. You can also forward the funds to your trusted friends na may verified Paypal account so that they can withdraw the funds for you. :smile:

pwede ka mag add ng Bank account kahit hindi verfieid, pero hindi ka pwede mag withdraw. Kaya dapat verified yung account mo. Use EON, it’s the easiest way to verify paypal. :D

magagamit mo yung paypal mo sa transaction pero yun nga lang for online shopping.. mas better at tipid kung BPI ka.. open ka nalang ng account sa BPI kasi kung verify ang account mo you can withdraw the cash. from paypal transfer to account.

The bank code of China Bank is invalid everytime I input it to my account at Paypal. Is China Bank accredited by Paypal in the Philippines? As noted it is included but the system doesnt want to accept its bank code 010100013.

smartmoney works with paypal… so if you have.. no need na for EON.. u can use it as a debit/credit…verify your paypal account.. etc…
my paypal has smartmoney for funds.. security bank for withdrawal. though havent’ withdrawn pa coz i’ve just added it today.. ;-) :cool:

why until now, I still can’t transfer my money on paypal to my debit card account… Ang tagal na, twing nagttransfer ako sinasabi ng paypal na di nila marecognize yung BDO account ko.. anu ‘toh nag gagaguhan na lang ba tayo dito…walang kwenta pala yung paypal na ‘toh eh!!!!!!!!!!

Hello! Does Paypal do the conversion from dollar to peso if withdrawal request is made to a philippine bank account, based on the existing forex rate at the time of the transaction or you recommend to use a dollar account if you have one? Please advise. Thanks! :-)

Sa Philippine accounts, required talaga ay Peso account. Then Paypal wil use their own Forex rate, it’s much lower than the current rate. Kung 43.3 ang palitan today, 42.3 lang sa Paypal. That’s how they earn kasi.
As of now, hindi pa pwede mag withdraw directly sa Philippine-based dollar accounts. So I wouldn’t recommend using a dollar account, kasi hindi pa pwede.

Would like to clarify if your reply above is for the case where I will withdraw from my PayPal account (currently the primary currency is in dollars) and transfer it to my Philippine-based account. I was thinking kasi that it might be easier to transfer from my PayPal account to a Philippine-based dollar account since both are in dollar currency. :-)

As Jehzlau mentioned, you CAN NOT withdraw your PayPal funds into your Philippine based bank, if it is a USD account.
Even if your PayPal has USD as its primary currency, as long as it is a Philippine based PayPal account, and the bank linked to it is also based here.

Ay hindi pwede. Basta pag Paypal Phils, to PHP na agad lahat, hindi mo ma tatransfer as USD kasi lugi ang Paypal doon. Sa FOREX kasi sila bumabawi, kaya free lang withdrawal natin.

@Liz, di pwede yon, dapat kasi kaparehas ang name na supplied on both. If you want, open ka na lang ng panibagong PayPal account at ipangalan mo yong kung anong nakapangalan don sa bank account.

No, you can’t. Even in your PayPal account itself, you can’t make a deposit from your PHP bank.
What you can do is pay somewhere, even if you PayPal balance is zero, and it will automatically get the funds from your linked PHP bank account. A bit hassle sometimes, as it will decline your request sometimes without any reason given.
OR you can contact us, and we might be able to help you fund your PayPal account, in some other more convenient way.

Hehehe.. di lng nila alam. Pwede sa Landbank, Allied Bank and BDO.
Basta pag withdraw mo sa Paypal, as remittance yan papasok sa bank account u. Kaya wala silang alam na sa Paypal galing.

hi! just want to ask…i have a paypal account already and verified na sa hsbc visa card ko.but i had the card cut and i enrolled sa eon debit card. Can I just update my account by adding the eon card and my unionbank account sa current profile ko? Or do I have to make a new paypal account?

yeah. i think u need to verify every new cc in paypal.
i verified my paypal w/ my citi cc but when i cut all my cc’s am now using my smartmoney card for paypal. and it was verified (w/ a small charge though), too.

hi na verify ko yung paypal ko using rcbc mywallet visa debit card ko. i prefer rcbc kasi talaga, since yun yung bank talaga namin so muntik na ako magbukas sa ub pero buti na lang nakatanggap kami ng info sa branch manager na pwede na i link yung paypal at rcbc mywallet visa.
kaso lang kailangan tawagin or email rcbc customer service for the 4 digit code. in 1-2 days makukuha niyo na, pero ayun worth it naman. nagamit ko na sa ebay, finally. pati sa itunes.

dba po dapat iverify ang credit/debit card, tapos kelangan i enter yung 4digit card, eh saan makikita yung description field of my credit card statement or bank statement (for debit card) for my 4-digit code (pin number)? eh wala kasi akong makita eh. pls po yung 4 digit na lang po kulang ko.

Whoever you are sending your money to in Surin should go to her bank and ask a bank worker there to give her written instructions for an international money transfer. The bank worker will give her all the information you need to transfer your money there.
