How To Sleep At Night?

If you can sleep at night please don’t bother to read this post. But if you can’t, please read my tips of how to sleep at night. I really can’t sleep when the sun is down, when the atmosphere is calm and silent, when almost all humans are asleep because it’s sleeping time. To sleep at night, you should close your eyes, because if your eyes were open, it’s impossible to sleep. That’s what I presume, because most people can’t sleep with their eyes open. I think almost all people can’t sleep if its open, or not just almost, but ALL people can’t sleep when it’s open. (Only fishes can sleep with eyes wide open.) If you know someone or something that sleeps with open eyes, please leave me a comment.

To sleep at night, you should get tired, as in over fatigued. How to get tired? Get out of your house, take a long walk, then run, then walk again, then run again and so on and so forth until you get very tired of doing what you are doing. After getting tired, you need to rest and eventually you get sleepy and being sleepy can let you sleep.

To sleep at night, you should watch a boring movie. Examples of boring movies are: The Thin Red Line, Evening, The English Patient, Age of Innocence, Meet Joe Black, Lost in Translation, Evita, and a whole lot more. If you want to add a boring movie, feel free to leave a comment in this post. If you think the movie is not boring, just react violently and tell me that I $uck and the movies that’s on my list are awesome!

To sleep at night, go out, look up, and count the stars. If you can’t see any star due to a very cloudy sky, or the stars are already gone for some reason that only astronomers can explain even if the sky is clear, just look up, and count how many pixels are present in a very dark sky at night. Just assume that it’s composed of pixels, a LOT of pixels.

To sleep at night, go to your bathroom, take a shower, then take a seat in your toilet bowl and… do nothing. If you want to do something, THEN DO IT!

Lastly, to sleep at night, stay away from your computer. Just stay away if you can. If you can’t, the best thing to do is throw your computer outside your window if you have any, if you don’t have one, just carry your computer, throw it upwards, and watch it as it goes down and hit the floor. If it doesn’t have any damage, do the routine again, throw it up, watch it as it goes down, kick it, sphinn it, stumbleupon it, bump it, and do anything to knock it down!

  1. Can’t sleep at night? It’s probably you changed your body clock, so as not to sleep at night. Don’t try to fall as sleep by just closing your eyes. Try to close your heart, then your mind, your eyes will just ministerially follow either of the two. Even in practical side, shutting down the heart or mind, will lead you to fall as sleep eternally… ( ” ; )

  3. Hi I’m from Seattle. I found this while googling. Great tips of how to sleep at night. I’ll try to follow these tips so that I can sleep at night. I really can’t sleep at night, I think I’m suffering a sickness called insomnia, or is it sickness? or what? I really don’t know what it is. I can only sleep at day time. But at night. I can’t even sleep for a second, or feel sleepy for a while… this is bad..

  6. What I do is I that I put everything in position according to a day I slept SUPER well and just do the routine before I sleep. Now, even at 7 PM I can sleep. xD

  7. haha!! were on the same line sweety before fuck it up i cant sleep the worst i took up a sleeping pills but of course its too bad i did took that for one week as neuro doctor prescribe, well YOGA is the best if you got a problem in sleeping do the meditation uplift your souls and damn wow!!! after several sessions i think you are revitalized and can get a normal sleep afterwards but yeah kinda expensive but it works..
    well i think another effective thing is reduce the caffeine in your body stop sneaking on any starbucks or any coffee shops for God sake leave it if you want to got a normal sleep
    fourth thing, get hammered, get knock out, get passed out, DRINK WHOLE NIGHT BABY!! like gulp all those alcoholic beverages go to the bar and dance all night lets see…
    hmmmm if u still cant sleep with these advices well, lets say that not all works in all persons but this one works on me guaranteed hehehe!!!

  9. Hello. Nice blogs. Angdami niyong webprojects – personal blogs, reviews, dostgrad site – angdami. Anong dahilan kung bakit enjoy pa rin? Nag-umpisa kasi ako ng site (pero walang kaalam-alam sa SEO, PHP… plain html lang talaga + kunting CSS). Pero nakakadisappoint yong hindi nangyayari yong purpose ng site. Plan na sana naming bumili ng domain, pero para saan? Wala namang nangyayari… hanggang sa makuha ng iba yong organization name namin. πŸ™ Nagtataka rin lang kung bakit nila kinuha. Sa bagay hindi pa taken, kaya siguro. Maraming problem sa mga sites na binuo namin… pakicheck lang, angdami talaga. (dati walang advertisement at kung paano ginawa yong page ganoon talaga, unlike ngayon, puro ads at nadislocate ung mga parts) (walang visitor kahit inannounce namin sa mga members… hhmm, can’t blame them, bihira silang mag-online) pero ung kinuha ng iba, huhu. wala na iyon, siguradong hindi papayag ung may-ari kung sakali, may mga visitors na siya, sigurado. Kahit wala kaming domain, sana basta hindi na lang kinuha yong name noh?

    Hehe, problematic ba o not a problem at all? Gusto ko rin magblog, dati may part ako sa college official website namin, pero noong napalitan ang webmaster wala na rin, may personal blog din ako, pero mas walang kwenta kaysa website niyo. hehe. Kaya ngayon gusto kong matuto mula sa inyo… dati gusto ko mag-volunteer na samahan kayo sa pagput-up ng (announced sa yahoo group) pero hindi qualified, hehe.   11. I have been reading a few posts on here and have picked up some useful info. One thing I have found which works well for a good nights sleep, feeling more relaxed and focused is binaural beats. As strange as they may sound (excuse the pun) they are a very powerful method of relaxation.
