My First Sony Experience is with my Sony DSC-T200
I always carry my nifty Sony DSC-T200 camera with me. This is my very first Sony gadget. This blog bought this for me a year ago (the earnings from this blog of course, not literally this blog, heehee…). I’m super satisfied with its performance and it greatly serves its purpose for me (To take pictures). I really love it because it’s handy, stylish and takes great images.
It’s like a DSLR in stealth, disguised in a small and compact metallic casing. I’m really impressed with this camera specially when taking photos in macro mode. It can take astounding close-up shots just like a Digital SLR.

Those are just a few of the thousands of images stored in my laptop, captured by my Sony T200. A lot of my friends told me that my shots are delighting their senses. They keep on saying that I am a pro! “Astig! galing ng kuha mo, pro na pro! Anong DSLR gamit mo?!?!” But the truth is, I’m not. I’m below mediocre in the field of photography and I actually don’t know how to use a DSLR. And without Sony DSC-T200, I can’t capture those great portraits. This powerful camera bring memories back to life! If I don’t have my Sony digital camera with me, those memories were surely swallowed by oblivion, erased from our forgetful gray matter, and completely vanished in black and white.
This camera really brings great impact in my life. I really love it because I learned a lot about basic photography, captured a lot of alluring pictures and took a wide array of glamorous shots in the places that I’ve been to and events that I have attended. The chronicles of my journey here on Earth are remembered with my Sony T200. The sweetest and happiest moments with my love ones and family are easily reminisced and cherished with my Sony T200. The everyday beauty of our mother earth, the panoramic views of our industrialized city, the eye-catching architectures of our country’s famous landmarks and establishments, the unseen beauty of our surroundings, the living things around us, every fowl in the air and every fish in the sea and every living thing that moveth upon the face of the earth are captured with my Sony DSC-T200. (naks may pa fowl in the air and fish in the sea pa no? hehe…)
As each day ends and a new day comes, ahmmmmmmmm… la na akong masulat.. nyok 
Needles to say, Sony DSC-T200 is a great companion when taking pictures, memories, living and dead animals (hehehe), and every matter, be it solid, liquid, or gas! Anywhere, anytime, and… any… basta any any, you know it na! It definitely gave significance in my life just like the Sony’s World’s First Slimmest Camera with Optical Image Stabilizer, which will help me capture more unforgettable moments and memories that I’ll cherish forever… Yay! :shock:

oh?!?! maganda yang T300.. basta steady ang kamay mo tapos maganda ang lighting ng lugar.. tapos.. macro mode mo pag masyadong malapit, pero pag masyadong malayo, yung auto lang.. ok na ok na sya.. di ko nga na buksan manual, pero maganda parin ang kuha, basta trial and error lang.. kuha ng pic palagi para masanay sa pag focus.. minsan kasi dapat naka steady yung kamay mo sa button, tapos huwag mo masyado e diin muna, kasi nag hahanap pa sya ng tamang focus.. tapos pag ok na, diin mo na yung button para maka kuha ng malinaw at magandang pic

Inspiring photography you’ve got here. Now every time I go out of the house I shall take note of every fowl in the air and every fish in the sea, and hopefully I’d get to imbibe your fresh eye for detail. Of course, I’d be less inclined to put a macro shot of carabao poop and old rubber shoes with pictures of fresh strawberry and glass of iced tea. But that’s just me and my insufferable assumptions.
Only Jehzlau can pull this off. Ask his hordes of fans. Ask me.

naks! astig ang gravatar mo ah! i lab it! hehehe.. dati 30k+ ang Sony T200.. ngayon may 24k ata or 22k.. or lesser.. di ko na na check SRP ng Sony DSC-T200 eh.. nag silabasan na kasi sunod sunod na models ng series na yan..
may DSC-T300, DSC-T500, at yung pa premyo ngayon, yung super slim at sexing sexy na DSC-T700.. :shock:

30k yan sa store nung binili ko sa ebay.. 16k ko lang nakuha sa ebay 1 year ago.. may 12k nalang nyan ngayon or less.. sa mga malls nasa 24k ata yan ngayon or 25k.. basta huli kong kita 2 months ago 27k sya sa SM Appliance Center :smile:

maganda parin DSLR.. sobrang ganda nung Sony Alpha 900, walang kahirap hirap e focus, grabe click click ka lang ganda ng kuha during the sony expo :D parang point and shoot din mabigat nga lang :eek:

Very vivid and colorful images. I have the same camera too. Bought it a couple of months back. I think you are right. If you hadn’t taken those images they would have been out of your head soon enough. I should carry my camera with me too.

I recently visited my home town Kolkata West Bengal in India and carried my camera there with me. Took some photographs. They are not as colorful or vivid like yours but just took them for memory sake and to share them with everyone. Haven’t posted all of them on my blog yet but will do soon. naka auto lang me :D tapos macro yung may lens at may flower sign :D maganda yung kuha ng T200 pag maganda yung lighting.. pero pag gabi, pangit yung T200..

di naman noisy.. depende sa ISO setting.. pero yung best setting ko pag gabi tapos walang flash, blurry sya..
maganda sya pag gabi ang settings ganito:
REC Mode: PGM
Focus: Multi AF
Metering Mode: Multi
ISO: Auto
EV: 0
Flash: Slow Synchro
Macro: Off
pero dapat ang kukunan mo malapit lang, para clear :D at hindi din masyadong malapit kasi pangit sya e macro pag madilim.

Thanks for visiting my blog. Sobrang tagal na ng T200 ko at hindi ko na ginagamit now.
But, it’s a good cam parin at marami ako natutunan doon. Right now I’m using Lumix GF1 na and Lumix LX3.
Sa T200, maganda sya for macro shots. Yung mga nag blur ang background, naka on yung macro nun, then naka auto lang.
Dapat malayo ang background mo, tapos malapit sa subject, para mag bokeh effect.
Hindi kaya pag medyo malayo sa subject. Like tao, tapos blur yung background. Dapat naka bokeh lens ka na nun na atleast 20mm para makuha yung blur effect. Hindi din kaya ng T200 yun. Basta ang kaya ng T200 yung mga object lang na malalapit. :D
Mas ok pa din yung T200 for me kesa sa mga bagong lumabas na cam sa series nya, like T300, T500, T700, at T900.:D Enjoy your cam!

last thing tol, can i get the exact settings mo jan sa mga posted pictures mo? o naka-auto settings ka jan? most of the time kasi naka- PGM ako eh. kaso un nga lang dko pa alam masyado timplahin ung correct settings.. should i stay to auto settings?

yep.. auto mo lang. Tapos ON mo yung macro, yung may flower sign na may lens, para mapa blur mo background.
