Where will you be tomorrow?

For a lot of people, tomorrow is just another end of the month day. Perhaps some are going to celebrate their birthday on this day but for others it’s just another ordinary day. If the 30th of September is just another ordinary day for you, McDonald’s can make it extra ordinary!

Tomorrow, Mcdonald’s will continue to celebrate their 30th anniversary in the Philippines. They just want to make the last day of my birthday month very special by having a contest together with the simultaneous re-opening of the 4 branches (Makati Cinema Square, Greenhills, North Avenue, and Quezon Avenue). Those were the answers to my previous guessing game sponsored by McDo. If you enjoyed that one, this one’s going to be more exciting with bigger prizes at stake.


Mcdonald’s just can’t resist having only one contest because they want to give more!

Below are the mechanics of the second McDonald’s contest here at Jehzlau Concepts:
0. This contest is open to bloggers and non-bloggers.
1. All you have to do is to make yourself available on the 30th of September and visit all the four (4) re-opened branches of Mcdonald’s in Metro Manila.
2. Take a photo of yourself inside McDonald’s. Make sure to clearly show the awesome interior of the store.
3. Make a blog post announcing the re-opening of the 4 stores using the pictures you’ve taken. If you don’t have a blog, you can upload your photo in any photo-sharing websites such as PicLyf, Flickr, Picasa, or social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
4. All entries should be in by 12 noon of the following day (October 1, 2011 11:59 PM Philippine Standard Time). The winners will be announced on the same day!
5. The first five (5) participants to submit the permalink of their entries will win prizes.

Prizes at Stake:
Php 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Pesos) McDonald’s gift certificate redeemable at any McDonald’s branch; and the mysterious McDonald’s Premium item for the first one to submit his or her entry in the comment thread below. The 1st runner-up will receive a Php 4,000.00 McDonald’s gift certificate, Php 3,000 for the 2nd runner-up, Php 2,000 for the 3rd runner-up, and Php 1,500.00 for the 4th runner-up. All of the runner-ups will also receive the McDonald’s Premium item. And not just that, all the 5 participants will receive a 1-year for .COM domain registration from Jehzlau Concepts and a lifetime web hosting (As long as I’m alive. If I live forever, then lucky you!). Isn’t it awesome!?!? So visit all the 4 newly opened McDo branches tomorrow ha! Yay!

All 4 stores will open simultaneously at 8:00 AM (Philippine Standard Time). So be sure that you’re there before 8:00 AM. McDonald’s will be giving away Big Macs to the first 100 customers! Haha! Nice!

September 30, 2011 6:28 PM UPDATE: McDo sent me an e-mail with revised mechanics. We’ll only have 3 winners and McDonald’s Philippines will decide to choose the winner of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes. So if there are more than 10 entries, the last one to send will still have a chance to win Php 5,000.00 GC.

Here are the revised prices as of 6:28 PM today:
1st Place: Php 5,000.00 GC + Premium Item
2nd Place: Php 4,000.00 GC + Premium Item
3rd Place: Php 3,000.00 GC + Premium Item

The domain and hosting give-away from me will still be the same to the first 5 participants.

  14. nice! sayang wala dito sa davao! 🙁 super kabisado ko sana lahat ng mcdo dito, yung isa pa nga few steps away lng sa house… Happy anniversary na lng sa Mcdo, i’ll visit na lng sa Mcdo later baka may give aways hahahaha… (expecting much!) :mrgreen:

      • Super effort naman po n’yan Sir Jehz, 6:00 AM ako umalis dito, di ko man lang naabutan ‘yung Big Mac ng first 100, naligaw ako sa 2nd venue dahil parang walang banda yung napuntahan kong McDo sa May Dr. Garcia Street, sa Greenhills, grabe, hinarang naman ako ng mga guard…

        Nakarating ako sa bahay ng mga 11:15 AM, i-u-upload ko na sana then nag-low bat yung digicam…I tried i-insert yung memory card sa gilid, hindi compatible then na-istuck…grabe…tinanggal ko yung mga turnilyo ng laptop baka sakaling mai-alis ko, di pala pwede, tapos tinry kong sungkitin, buti natanggal, then bukas ko kagad yung PC, then saksak lahat ng tinanggal na kable sa laptop…then sa wakas, na-upload din, late na ako nag-lunch pero sakto akong nakapag-in sa work ko sa ospital ng 2:00 PM…

    Kelan kaya magkakaroon ng ganitong contest sa Davao area… pero still kahit meron sa Davao, malabo ako makasali kasi 3hours away pa ako sa city LOL…
