Ragnarok Mercenary System

The so-called Mercenary System in Philippine Ragnarok Online was now implemented. I have no further information about this, I just heard my friends that this prestigious Ragnarok Online patch or episode perhaps? Is now available in Philippine Ragnarok Online.
