Super Bowl XLV is the much anticipated football event in the history of NFL. Now that it is less than 2 weeks away, fans all over the world is getting to witness it in whichever way. Lucky for those who are near Arlington, Texas because they can witness it live in the Cowboys Stadium. However, the whole stadium can’t accommodate everyone so other may resort to Super Bowl 2011 live stream being offered by various sports sites. Others may also witness live coverage over Fox channel.

Sad to say, Chicago Bears’s fans wouldn’t be able to witness them play in Arlington this time. They lost the NFC championship game against the Green Bay Packers last Sunday with the score of 21-14. Their quarterback Jay Cutler also obtained a Grade II MCL sprain and wasn’t able to play after the first series of the third quarter. Because of this terrible thing, he was bombarded with so many criticisms questioning his toughness to lead the team for victory. He was then defended by his coach, general manager and team mates.

Another news that came out after their defeat is about the continuation of contract of their coach Lovie Smith. Because of the loss, it has been rumored that it might not be extended. However, General Manager Jerry Angelo cleared it out that the extension is currently on process. “We very much want to extend Lovie, and the job that he’s done and the staff. Our focus, our intent is to extend Lovie, we wanted to wait until the season is over. That will be part of the business at hand in the next several weeks,” Angelo said.

It has been cleared now and the Bears will have their chance next season for the Vince Lombardi trophy with coach Lovie Smith still with them.
