Singapore: Tiong Bahru, Pan Pacific, Orchard Road, and more!

I took 954 photos, 72,857 steps, met more than 20 new friends, tasted more than 10 different delicacies, and had an infinite number of priceless moments in Singapore. This was my first time to travel outside the Philippines, and I tell you, it was really awesome! I would like to congratulate all the winners of the first Asia Pacific Blog Awards spearheaded by Nuffnang Singapore.

Even if I didn’t win in my category, I feel that I’m already a winner (hehe, feeling lang). To be included in the finalists together with the most influential bloggers in Asia was truly remarkable. To be seated together with Kenny Sia, Wendy Cheng, Joanna Peh, and Nazuwan Amran was really an honor. And to be one of the lucky participants in the Singapore tour and the first Asia Pacific blog awards was undeniably unforgettable.

Here are the 12 winners of the 1st Asia Pacific Blog Awards (copy pasted from passportchop.com without persmission, hehe):

Congratulations to my room mate Ferdz, for winning the Best Travel Blog Award. And to my online Pinoy buddy from Australia Arnold, for winning the Best Geek Blog Award! I forgot to take a picture with Nazuwan of BeautifulNara.com. (To Nazuwan: Hey thanks for the business card and thanks for being so nice to me. You’re the only one who gave me a calling card in our category. Hehehe.)

I’m so happy to have met Xia Xue in real life! Whoa! (Winner of Best Blog Design, Most Influential Blog and Region’s Best Blog) She truly deserved it. All of us deserved it, but Wendy is the most deserving. Congrats again Wendy.

Some of the photos used in this post are from my very very very good friend Maki. One of the photos above is from Mam Noemi, I also grabbed one from Ashley, and another one is from Luc. Wooot!

We also have a new friend in Singapore and his name is Ming! (Check out his farewell pictures here. ) He’s really nice, kind and awesome! He was our instant tour guide. Whenever we needed him, he then appears in front of us like Hiro Nakamura. Hehe.

Please don’t forget to check out my gallery. Here’s my Singapore Set 1 and Singapore Set 2 photo albums. You can grab the photos without asking me. Just grab as many as you want. You can even sell my photos or claim it as your own if you want. I didn’t add a watermark in my pictures so that you can use it freely if you want to.

Thank you so much for taking time in browsing my Asia Pacific Blog Awards and Singapore Tour pictures.
